We strongly believe that employing a diverse workforce is central to our success and we make all our recruitment decisions based on experience and skills.
Our recruitment process is straightforward. We carefully review all CVs received to see which best match our needs and contact applicants we would like to learn more about. Unfortunately, we cannot talk to everyone who sends us a CV although we aim always to respond as soon as possible by email. If your skills and experience are of interest we will hold your CV on file for at least six months, in case a future position matches your qualifications.
Please use the relevant section headings to view our current vacancies.
Any Human Resources queries and/or speculative applications should be emailed to Sue Bachorski: firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are invited to interview, please let us know if we need to make any reasonable adjustments to our processes or environment in order to accommodate you.
Peters & Peters, Staff Satisfaction Survey 2016
Towards the end of 2016 we circulated a staff satisfaction survey, in partnership with HR in Law and consultancy firm Smith & Henderson.
The outcome was very positive, with favourable responses to a range of questions about the firm covering areas such as working environment, how the firm is managed, leadership and culture, the firm’s values and goals, quality of work (challenging and interesting) and access to training. Respondents also agreed that the firm provides a healthy work/life balance, that communication is open and honest and that they are treated fairly and with respect.
In the ‘Engagement Index’ section of the survey, 98% of those who responded said they are proud to work for Peters & Peters, with over 80% recommending us as a great place to work, feeling highly motivated and ‘inspired to go the extra mile’.
