We’re excited to be attending this year’s International Bar Association Annual Conference, taking place in Toronto from 2–7 November. The event brings together legal professionals from around the globe for a week of insightful discussions and meaningful connections.

At the conference:

• Monday 3rd November: Of Counsel, Diana Czugler will be chairing “De-banking, de-risking, and available tools to challenge such decisions.” The session will explore how financial institutions have increasingly terminated relationships with perceived high-risk clients, and examine the latest legal tools to contest these decisions.
