Successful quashing of Red Notice for high-profile businessperson

Following detailed and lengthy submissions from Peters and Peters over a period of months, the Commission for Control of INTERPOL’s Files, at its 117th session, has quashed a Red Notice issued at the request of the United Arab Emirates against our client, a high-profile businessperson involved in a complex, long-running, multimillion-pound commercial dispute.

INTERPOL agreed that the Red Notice should be deleted because the criminal charges against our client were so inaccurate, vague and incoherent that they did not meet the minimum requirements for a Red Notice.

Peters & Peters is pleased that INTERPOL’s decision in this matter has agreed with the submissions made on our client’s behalf.
