Nikki has overall responsibility for the human resources function within the firm, as well as being part of the senior management team.
Nikki’s background is firmly rooted in the legal sector. She started her career in 2001, specialising in legal recruitment in-house at DLA Piper, but after completing an MA in HR, switched to a more generalist HR role. Nikki has been in management roles since 2007, both at Stephenson Harwood and Rosenblatt Solicitors, and joined the firm in 2017 to head up their HR function.
Nikki’s areas of responsibility include recruitment and onboarding, graduate recruitment, employee engagement and wellbeing, compensation and benefits, learning and development, talent and performance management, diversity and inclusion, and employee relations.
