Nikki’s background is firmly rooted in the legal sector. She started her career in 2001, specialising in legal recruitment in-house at DLA Piper, but after completing an MA in Human Resources, switched to a more generalist HR role. Nikki has been in management roles since 2007, both at Stephenson Harwood and Rosenblatt Solicitors, and joined the firm in 2017 to head up their HR function.

Nikki’s areas of responsibility include HR strategy; employee engagement and wellbeing; recruitment; employee relations; talent management; compensation and benefits; and diversity and inclusion.
