Partner Anna Bradshaw recently participated in the 43rd International Symposium on Economic Crime in Cambridge, one of the world’s foremost forums for discussion of economic crime, financial regulation and cross-border enforcement. Anna delivered two speaking engagements as part of the conference programme.

Anna took part in a plenary workshop examining the misuse of confidential information, insider dealing, fraud and misfeasance in public office, joining fellow experts to discuss the legal, regulatory and enforcement challenges arising from these issues.

She also contributed to a panel discussion on incentivising informants and whistleblowers, exploring the role that whistleblowing frameworks can play in detecting and preventing economic crime, as well as the opportunities and challenges associated with encouraging individuals to come forward.
