Partner Anna Bradshaw recently spoke at the Law Society of Scotland’s AML and Financial Crime Conference 2026, joining leading practitioners and industry experts to discuss the challenges facing the legal sector in an increasingly complex financial crime and compliance landscape.

As part of the conference programme, Anna led a breakout session on “Working with High-Risk Clients“, sharing practical insights drawn from her extensive experience advising individuals and businesses on anti-money laundering, sanctions and financial crime matters.

The two-day conference explored emerging financial crime threats, developments in AML regulation and best practice approaches to compliance, bringing together legal professionals, regulators and risk specialists from across the sector.
