Peters & Peters has been named as a supplier on Government Commercial Agency’s RM6374 Legal Panel for Public Sector

Peters & Peters has succeeded in obtaining a place on Lot 3 (Litigation and Disputes) of Government Commercial Agency’s (GCA) RM6374 Legal Panel for Public Sector.

The appointment enables the firm to provide specialist litigation and disputes support to public sector and third sector organisations across England and Wales.

The RM6374 Legal Panel for Public Sector framework provides public bodies with access to a range of legal service providers and specialist legal expertise. The framework supports organisations across central and local government, health and social care, education, infrastructure, emergency services and the wider third sector, with Lot 3 focused specifically on litigation and dispute services.

Peters & Peters is a leading specialist disputes firms, with more than 85 years’ experience advising on complex, high-value and often cross-border disputes, investigations and asset recovery matters. The firm’s award-winning practice is recognised for its expertise in civil fraud, commercial litigation, asset recovery, insolvency, directors’ duties, business crime and investigations, and is regularly instructed on matters involving significant financial, reputational and regulatory risk.

Emma Ruane, Partner at Peters & Peters, and Supplier Relationship Manager commented “We are delighted to have secured a place on this panel, which will enable us to offer our services to public bodies. Our appointment reflects the depth and breadth of the firm’s specialist disputes practice and our longstanding experience advising public sector bodies and government organisations on complex, sensitive and high-stakes matters. We look forward to supporting framework users with practical, strategic and partner-led advice across the full spectrum of litigation and disputes work.”

The appointment further strengthens Peters & Peters’ public sector offering and reflects the firm’s track record acting for government departments, public bodies and regulators in some of the most significant disputes before the English courts. The firm’s experience includes acting for the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care and the NHS Business Services Authority in major competition and commercial disputes, as well as advising on matters involving fraud, asset recovery and regulatory enforcement.

The framework award, confirmed in August 2026, will provide public sector organisations with access to specialist litigation and disputes expertise through a flexible procurement route designed to meet a wide range of legal requirements.
