Peters & Peters set to skydive in support of Switchback

In true Peters & Peters style, we’re not afraid to go the extra mile, or jump out of a plane, for a cause we believe in.

On 26th September, members of the Peters & Peters team will be taking to the skies for a charity skydive in support of Switchback, a remarkable organisation that helps young men aged 18–30 transition from prison to stable, independent lives.

This isn’t our first leap of faith. A decade ago, our team completed a similar skydive, and we’ve since taken on other daring fundraising challenges, including abseils and wing walks. At Peters & Peters, we don’t do things by halves. To make a real impact, we believe in putting ourselves out there, sometimes quite literally.

This skydive is more than just a thrill-seeking adventure. It’s a bold effort to raise vital funds for a small but powerful charity making a lasting difference. Since partnering with Switchback in May 2024, we’ve been inspired by their person-first approach to rehabilitation and their extraordinary results:  91% of Switchback Trainees do not reoffend within a year of release. Nationally, 45% of prison-leavers reoffend within a year of release – for Switchback Trainees, the figure is just 9%.

At Peters & Peters, we’re committed to justice both in and out of the courtroom. Supporting Switchback is a natural fit with our values and part of our broader CSR mission, to stand with the communities around us and back the organisations driving real change.

In support of the skydive, Switchback stated:

“We are incredibly grateful to Peters & Peters for partnering with Switchback and for organising a range of exciting fundraising events in support of our work. Their brilliant team have raised the vital funds needed to help grow our impact and focus on the needs of the young prison leavers we support.”

We’re counting down the days to 26th September and are proud to be taking on this challenge in support of such an incredible cause.

We’d be grateful for any donation, big or small, which will make a meaningful difference. Click here to donate.
