When I was diagnosed with ADHD, I wanted to use that experience to help others better understand neurodiversity and the strengths it brings. From the start, my manager and the firm were supportive, they listened, adapted, and encouraged me to share my story. We’ve introduced initiatives to raise awareness and make the workplace more inclusive. It’s made me feel seen, valued, and proud to work somewhere that celebrates difference.
