Caroline Mitchell – Personal Assistant 

I’m a PA at the firm and I’ve worked here for 27 years.  21 years ago, my daughter was born 3 months prematurely and she has been very sick ever since.  She has had to have multiple operations, hospital visits and treatments over the years. All the way through, Peters & Peters have been so understanding of my situation.  I’ve had to have a lot of time off work to support my daughter, and they’ve been flexible and accommodating every step of the way, even when I’ve needed time off at short notice.  The fact that I’m still here 27 years on says it all.  When you have a child that is sick, you have to put them first, but knowing my employer is understanding has made all the difference to me.
