Peters & Peters are delighted to announce that Jason Woodland became a Partner in its Commercial Litigation, Civil Fraud and Asset Recovery Department on Friday 1 May 2015.

Jason qualified as a solicitor in 2005 and joined Peters & Peters in April 2010. He was appointed Special Counsel on 1 July 2014 before being made Partner.

He specialises in heavy weight commercial litigation and arbitration often involving allegations of fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and constructive trusts. Jason has particular expertise in obtaining and defending applications for freezing and search orders and the range of emergency interim relief civil measures which is a key measure of our asset tracing and recovery team.

On becoming a Partner, Jason said that “I am delighted to become a partner at the firm and extremely honoured to be part of such a wonderful team of talented lawyers.”
