With a strong interest in cross-border disputes, Holly has experience of complex, high-value litigation in the High Court with parallel proceedings in multiple jurisdictions.

She has acted on high-profile civil fraud cases for claimants and defendants, involving concurrent corporate internal investigations and criminal and regulatory action by the UK, US and other authorities. She has also gained experience of obtaining evidence from and locating and freezing assets in offshore jurisdictions.


 

While seconded to a boutique employment and partnership firm, she gained experience of advising companies and senior executives dealing with allegations of financial and other wrongdoing.


 

Prior to joining the firm, Holly worked at Argentina’s leading human rights organisation, and as a freelance Spanish and Portuguese legal translator. She has a First Class degree in Modern History from Balliol College, Oxford and an LLM in International Human Rights Law, also from Oxford University, where she was Banco Santander Scholar and graduated first in her year.
