Holly Buick
Holly has experience of complex, high-value litigation and arbitration with a strong interest in cross-border disputes.
She acts for individuals, corporates and government bodies on high-profile civil fraud cases, sometimes involving concurrent internal investigations or criminal and regulatory action by the UK, US and other authorities. She has experience of obtaining evidence from and locating and freezing assets in offshore jurisdictions.
She also has experience of LCIA arbitrations and proceedings before the Competition Appeal Tribunal.
Prior to joining the firm, Holly worked at Argentina’s leading human rights organisation, and as a legal translator. She has a First-Class degree in Modern History from Balliol College, Oxford and an LLM in International Human Rights Law, also from Oxford University, where she was Banco Santander Scholar and graduated first in her year.
