We are delighted to announce that Rachel Cook will be acting as a national expert at the VIRTEU (VAT fraud: Interdisciplinary research on tax crimes in the European Union) taking place on July 23 2021. This workshop is focused on exploring the interconnections between tax crimes and corruption, and unravelling the intimate relationships that exist between fraudulent and corrupt practices in the area of taxation. It is part of a series of workshops focused on different jurisdictions within the research project  VIRTEU: VAT fraud: Interdisciplinary Research on Tax crimes in the European Union.
