WikiLeaks founder, Assange is currently in court in London fighting his extradition to the U.S as a result of the violation of the Espionage Act. His lawyers argue that his foreign citizenship and affiliations would keep him from receiving a fair trial in the U.S. Nick Vamos says that Assange will have a tough time convincing a British judge that he cannot receive a fair trial in America. “Mr Assange may have a better chance of stopping extradition based on his health and potential suicide risk.
