Stephanie Williams


Associate

Stephanie is an Associate in our Commercial Litigation, Civil Fraud and Asset Tracing department.

Stephanie works on all kinds of commercial disputes, including claims for breach of contract, misrepresentation, negligence, injunction application and jurisdiction challenges. In particular, Stephanie has experience in sovereign disputes, banking litigation, bringing civil fraud claims, seeking interim remedies and proceedings under s.9 of the Arbitration Act 1996.



Prior to joining the firm, Stephanie was called to the Bar by Middle Temple. Stephanie has a Masters in Law from the University of Bristol. She also holds a BA (Honours) in Theology from the University of Nottingham.
