Jenny Barker, Of Counsel and Chair of the Extradition Lawyers’ Association, was interviewed by the BBC about the case of a British man stabbed to death in the Cypriot resort of Ayia Napa by two men who subsequently fled to Turkey.  Jenny discussed the difficulty in securing justice when suspects flee to a country with no extradition arrangement with the country in which the crime was committed.

Jenny’s interview appeared on the BBC South-East evening news programme on Thursday 6 July.
