Noah Benjamin Stewart-Ornstein

Noah is a specialist in commercial litigation and international civil fraud.
Noah’s experience includes advising on domestic matters and complex, multi-jurisdictional and high-value claims before the English Courts and in Arbitration both where England is the primary jurisdiction and in aid of foreign proceedings. He has been involved in a number of major cases and has acted in internal investigations and proceedings relating to breach of contract, tort, competition law and fraud. Noah also has experience advising in relation to interim remedies including obtaining world-wide freezing injunctions.
Prior to joining Peters & Peters in 2016, Noah spent a court year working with barristers at leading commercial chambers Fountain Court, 4 Pump Court and Essex Court as a recipient of the Harold G Fox Scholarship, assisting on a wide range of banking, tort, company, contract, construction and other commercial disputes at tribunals and courts at all levels (including the Supreme Court) as well as investor-state and international commercial arbitrations.
Noah qualified a barrister and solicitor of the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2015 following a year-long clerkship at the British Columbia Court of Appeal and receiving the equivalent of a first-class degree in law from the University of British Columbia.
