Edward Irwin


Senior Associate

Edward is a Senior Associate in our Fraud & Commercial Disputes team. He specialises in complex and multi-jurisdictional commercial disputes, civil fraud and asset recovery often involving obtaining or discharging urgent interim injunctions.

Edward’s clients include governmental bodies, large corporations and companies across all sectors, banks and financial institutions, trusts and high-net worth individuals.

Edward also has extensive experience in large-scale competition follow-on damages claims. He currently acts for the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care in its £250 million claim against the French pharmaceutical group, Servier.

Edward is a committee member of the Junior London Solicitors Litigation Association.

Prior to joining Peters & Peters, Edward practiced at a leading global law firm. He has a degree in Geography with Spanish Language from the University of Bristol, as part of which he spent a year studying at the University of Salamanca in Spain.
