We have the following associate positions:
- Business Crime Junior to Mid-level Associates (3-6 yrs pqe) – in addition to general WCC, candidates will ideally have experience of either FCA or sanctions work.
- Commercial Litigation / Civil Fraud Mid-Level Associate (3-6 yrs pqe) – must have strong prior experience of civil fraud, injunction work and commercial litigation
Our associate solicitor and employed barrister positions offer the opportunity to work on stimulating, high-profile and complex international litigation.
If you are interested in joining the Business Crime department, previous experience of Criminal Law is essential, while experience in fraud, extradition, sanctions, FCA investigations and regulatory litigation is always an advantage. Similarly, for the Commercial Litigation/Civil Fraud department, you will need relevant previous experience and a real enthusiasm for this type of work.
