Business Development Executive

We’re in an exciting phase of our evolution and are looking to bolster our team with the addition of a new Business Development Executive who can help us deliver our plans for growth.

The role

The Business Development Executive will report to the BD Director and play a leading role in implementing the marketing and business development plans which play a crucial role in delivering the goals set out in our business strategy.

This role will cover every aspect of the marketing and BD mix. Our market led campaigns will require the use of e-marketing, web management, the creation of on and offline content and event management as well as on-going research and analysis.

The firm has a broad referrer network with whom good relationships are vital and the planning and management of seminars and events are a key skill for this role. The firm’s CRM system will play a vital role in the management of our BD campaigns and its use will be overseen by the BD Executive.

The person

You should have some, but not necessarily all of the following skills and experience;

  • Minimum of 2 years in a marketing role in the legal industry
  • CIM qualified, studying towards CIM or willing to work towards qualification.
  • Experience of CRM systems (InterAction is used at the firm).
  • Experience in managing and tracking digital/social media.
  • Planned, managed and delivered events for 20-50 people.

The salary level will be dependent on experience. Benefits include: 25 days paid holiday a year; pension contributions; health insurance; interest free season ticket loan; and subsidised gym membership.
