Aside from our fraud recovery work on behalf of the Secretary of State for Health, we are frequently called upon to assist overseas Governments in relation to the obtaining of evidence in the UK under bilateral Treaty obligations.
Our lawyers have played an important role in submissions to HM Government as part of the Government's Fraud Review process and will continue to make an important contribution through the working parties set up following the publication of Government's Response in March 2007.
