We advise employers and employees in connection with investigations into suspected theft, fraud and/or corruption. We are then able to deal any proceedings that may follow. 

In cases of employee fraud, civil recovery proceedings may be conducted alongside parallel criminal investigations or proceedings, or regulatory/disciplinary investigations or proceedings.  We are able to ensure that if more than one set of proceedings is underway, they do not impact upon one another.
