A graduate of the CIPD, Sue began her career in human resources at the British Council. She has also worked at Ashurst, SJ Berwin and, most recently, Leigh Day & Co.
Working closely with the partners, Sue has responsibility for all HR matters. She provides advice on developments in employment law and formulates new HR policies and procedures. She also manages resourcing and oversees recruitment and training across the firm.
