Lee joined Peters & Peters in 2006 and became a Trainee Legal Executive upon completion of his studies with the Institute of Legal Executives (Ilex) in May 2011.

Lee assists fee-earners in the Commercial Fraud & Civil Litigation department in investigating claims, drafting pleadings and supporting evidence and fulfilling service requirements. Lee has also assisted associates in the department with large-scale document management on high-value claims. He has also assisted on recovery matters and the commencement of bankruptcy and liquidation proceedings.
Whilst at Peters & Peters, Lee has gained considerable experience of the day to day procedures of the Chancery and Queens Bench divisions of the High Court including the Foreign Process Department, and has appeared before the Masters in each division on numerous occasions.
