Jenny is a Barrister in the Fraud and Regulatory Department. Jenny was called to the Bar in October 2005 and she completed her pupillage at the leading criminal law set Three Raymond Buildings.

During pupillage, she assisted members of chambers on several high-profile cases and worked on matters including extradition, large-scale fraud and regulatory offences. She also conducted cases in her own right and has experience in handling both contested forfeiture and confiscation proceedings.

Since joining Peters & Peters in January 2008, Jenny has acted in a variety of cases, including SFO investigations, inquests, professional disciplinary hearings, judicial review proceedings and an appeal to the VAT and Duties Tribunal. She continues to gain experience across the department’s other main areas of practice.

As an employed barrister, Jenny has full rights of audience in all courts.
