Jason is an Associate in the Commercial Litigation and Civil Fraud Department.

Jason joined Peters & Peters in April 2010 from a leading regional firm, where he trained and then worked for 4 years post qualification in the Commercial Dispute Resolution department. During that time Jason worked on a wide range of commercial disputes, including banking and finance cases, boardroom/shareholder disputes as well as general contractual disputes.

Jason specialises in civil fraud issues and has experience of both seeking emergency interim relief, and advising clients against whom freezing orders have been obtained. 

He also has significant experience in asset tracing claims involving proceedings both in England and in foreign jurisdictions, and in dealing with jurisdictional issues, whether acting on behalf of parties challenging proceedings brought in England or advising clients on the prospects of bringing claims in England.

Jason is a member of the Young Fraud Lawyers Association.
