Emma Jarvis

Emma joined Peters & Peters in 2005 as a newly qualified associate in the Commercial Litigation and Civil Fraud department. She trained at a City firm before joining, where she gained broad experience in commercial matters.

Emma has specialist experience of civil fraud. She has particular experience of recovering assets, conducting investigations and obtaining and enforcing freezing orders and search orders both in the UK and worldwide.

Emma’s cases have included breach of directors’ duties, breach of trust, shareholder disputes, asset tracing and theft of confidential information.
 
Emma is also responsible for co-coordinating the firm’s pro bono activities.

• Experience of both domestic and multi-jurisdictional disputes
• Experience in obtaining, defending and in the supervising of emergency injunctive relief, including freezing and search orders
