Associate specialising in business crime and regulatory advice in Peters & Peters’ Fraud and Regulatory Department.
Anna has particular expertise in anti-money laundering regulation and compliance. She has experience of fraud and regulatory breaches investigated and prosecuted by a range of agencies including the SFO, HMRC and the FSA; and of associated restraint, confiscation and forfeiture proceedings. Anna is also experienced in extradition and mutual legal assistance.
A former University lecturer in Public Law and Human Rights Law, Anna holds a Ph.D. in anti-money laundering law. She joined Peters & Peters in 2005 where she trained in fraud and regulatory and civil fraud before qualifying in September 2007.
Anna is a regular contributor to "The Workplace Law Handbook" on money laundering issues. Other publications include:

Anna sits on the Law Society's EU Committee and is Treasurer of the Young Fraud Lawyers’ Association. She is also a member of the City of Westminster & Holborn Law Society, the London Criminal Courts Solicitors Association, the Financial Services Lawyers Association, the Extradition Lawyers Association, the Proceeds of Crime Lawyers Association and the Society of Legal Scholars.
