Ruth is an Associate in the Commercial Litigation and Civil Fraud Department.
Ruth joined Peters & Peters as a newly qualified Associate in March 2008.
Previously, Ruth completed her training contract at the City firm Davies Arnold Cooper where she undertook seats in Real Estate, Reinsurance and Professional Indemnity and Commercial Litigation, including working on the £30m insurance fraud claim of a leading London market insurer.
Ruth works in commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on civil fraud.
Ruth is a member of the London Solicitors’ Litigation Association and the Young Fraud Lawyers Association.
