Serious UK Tax Fraud

We continue to act for an individual who is the subject of a HMRC investigation under Code of Practice 9, the Code used when serious tax fraud is suspected.  The case concerns activities on the boundaries of legitimate tax avoidance, and our advice to the client encompasses criminal liability, tax law and investigative procedure, advice on possible extradition and practical advice on minimising any possible liability, both within the UK and overseas.
