Parmalat

We act for two British citizens employed by a global bank who are facing criminal proceedings in Italy following the collapse of Parmalat, the Italian dairy and food company, in 2003 with debts of £13 billion (this remains the biggest ever European bankruptcy).  The case will be tried in 2011.
