Offshore Trust

We represent an offshore trust, and have been tasked with investigating potential regulatory breaches by a global investment bank based in the UK.  These arose in the context of the bank’s dealings with a multi million pound hedge fund owned by the trust and investment opportunities promoted by the bank.
