Peters & Peters are instructed by a huge global company, to advise in respect of a current OFT criminal investigation in the UK. The company has achieved global immunity and criminal immunity in the UK for all its past and present employees.  We were brought in by a top five US law firm to take the lead in advising on the obtaining and provision of evidence to the OFT, as well as the preparation of UK and foreign executives for interview. In addition we have liaised heavily with the OFT and the US Department of Justice so as to assist with their respective criminal investigations.  This case is currently the most important criminal cartel case being dealt with by the DoJ.
