Major MTIC Fraud

We advised as co-counsel in connection with an appeal by a company in liquidation of multi million pound assessments by HMRC for an alleged overpayment of VAT refunds paid to the company following the export of mobile telephones and CPU’s (Central Processing Units). We also dealt with issues arising from the liquidation of a family company and the death of its senior member.
