British Airways Passenger Fuel Surcharge Cartel Prosecution

In 2007 British Airways was fined $550 million in the US and UK after pleading guilty to price fixing fuel surcharges on transatlantic flights along with Virgin Atlantic.

Peters & Peters has been retained to advise two senior executives alleged to be involved in this price fixing. We continue to act on their behalf liaising with both the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) and the US Department of Justice.
