Acquittal Secured in Perverting the Course of Justice Case

Peters & Peters have secured the acquittal of a very senior figure in the hotel security industry, charged with perverting the course of justice.  The charge arose following an offer by our client to resolve a criminal complaint by suggesting that the matter be settled financially. From the early stages, we advised on strategy and tactics, as well as thoroughly preparing the case for trial. After a seven day trial he was unanimously acquitted by the jury and a costs order was made for the repayment of his legal fees.
