Commercial Litigation / Civil Fraud Lawyers
We are seeking qualified junior lawyers to join our busy and expanding Commercial Litigation and Civil Fraud Department.
These positions provide the opportunity to work on stimulating, high quantum and complex commercial litigation, including international fraud and asset tracing cases. A high proportion of our work is claimant based.
The successful candidates will need to be outstanding and motivated individuals with the ability to:
• engage effectively with clients, often in difficult circumstances;
• work efficiently independently and as part of a team;
• analyse complex and voluminous evidence under tight time constraints; and
• tackle novel and difficult legal problems inventively.
Start Date: September 2008
Salary will be dependent on experience
