UK Construction Industry Cartel

Peters & Peters is acting for approximately 30 sales and management staff in one of the largest construction companies in the UK after it was raided in 2006 by the Office of Fair Trading (OFT ) for alleged bid rigging. This is the largest cartel investigation currently being conducted by the OFT.
