Russian Trust Cases

We act for multi-billion dollar trusts- the beneficiaries include prominent Russian oligarchs who have criminal allegations against them in the Russian Federation.  We act in a number of matters for the trusts, providing strategic assistance to lawyers in many foreign jurisdictions in defending related allegations and litigation, and taking proactive steps in the UK to persuade the government not to give effect to any requests for mutual legal assistance.
