Madoff Securities International Limited

We act for one of the former Directors of Madoff Securities International Limited the joint Liquidators of the UK company, Madoff Securities International Limited and the Trustee in Bankruptcy of US company, Bernard L Madoff Investment Securities. Proceedings issued in the Commercial Court in London by claiming some US $80 million from the former directors as a result of their alleged breaches of director’s duties.
