Intercontinental Bank Plc v Erastus Akingbola and Others Queen's Bench Division (Commercial Court)

We act on behalf of Dr Erastus Akingbola, the former CEO of one of Nigeria’s largest banks, Intercontinental Bank Plc.  The case involves issues of domestic and Nigerian law and parallel criminal proceedings ongoing in Nigeria prosecuted by the Nigerian Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
