Goldstone Missing Trader Intra-community Alleged Fraud

After four years of investigations, allegations of multi-million pound MTIC fraud were dismissed on the grounds of insufficient evidence.  Our client was alleged to have traded in mobile telephones involving hundreds of millions of pounds and the case formed part of a series in which HMRC alleged upwards of £250 million tax loss.
