FSA v UBS AG

Investigation and settlement negotiations in respect of systems and controls failings at UBS AG which enabled employees to engage in unauthorised trading activity relating to foreign exchange and precious metals using client funds.　 This resulted in the imposition of an £8m fine on UBS AG.
