We acted for the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service (RCIPS) in a high level corruption investigation. We provided specialist criminal and public law advice in relation to all matters arising out of a judicial review brought against the RCIPS by a Judge of the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands, following his arrest in 2008 and the consequent search of his home and office. This has involved intensive litigation in Cayman dealing with the Judicial Review proceedings and numerous ancillary matters.
