Peters & Peters challenge EU freeze of former Egyptian Minister's assets

Peters and Peters are acting on behalf of the former Egyptian Housing Minister and his wife, whose assets within the 27 EU Member States are frozen by measures adopted by the EU Council in the wake of the ‘Arab spring’. Peters & Peters LLP have lodged an action in the EU General Court challenging the legality of the EU freeze in the instant case. Head of Business Crime, Michael O’Kane acts.
